Logos II vs Notebird: Which is a better fit?

I highly recommend this software, it has been much better and easier than a previous software we used. The staff at Logos is like calling a friend, we never feel like a 'number' with them.

Multiple problems just logging in to the system, days spent waiting for returned calls when we have problems (fairly often), and management refuses to return calls to hear complaints.

I have been very pleased with the responsiveness and willingness to help by the Logos support staff.

I have sent emails, called on the phone, discussed situation with Support Rep, and am very frustrated by not getting any response from Sales or Management.

Our parents love the Logos360 Safe social networking product, our kids are off Facebook and in the safe environment that we control, and our youth pastor can monitor.

Inputting attendance takes all day because you are going to run into problems along the way. There is no easy way to add people to the system in the middle of the job.

We like the ability to customize the software at different levels to fit our church environment.

We have used it for 7 months and I regret every moment spent trying to figure it out.

I am more than satisfied with the product. A friend recommended it to me and I do not know what we would do without it.

The cost, the individual user monthly charge makes it cost prohibitive for start up and small ministries that need it most. No push notifications...this is a critical feature that is missing.

Easy to use, great functionality and features, Notebird customer support has been wonderful at customizing options for us.

It has been a little awkward to submit updates.

They were a huge help transferring date at the beginning and when we have questions they are very responsive.

Sometimes hard to figure out how to update something.

It was very easy to learn and very easy to navigate. I love the customization it allows for me to do exactly what I want.
