Chmeetings vs Logos II: Which is a better fit?

During their hours of operation, they answer RIGHT AWAY. It is mind-blowing and I am so happy and love them so much for this.

To date I don't know that I have found any function that I use that I would say was bad or difficult to use.

The team's leadership is very passionate about the product, they welcome new ideas and suggestions for improvement.

The only complaint I would have is it's not as easy to get to the texts. I have to click multiple things to be able to get to what I'm needing.

Let me start by this, you get the best and most helpful, super swift support you can imagine; [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is always there to answer and support all our inquires. For me this is top reason.

I taught my trustee the program in a day. We are still learning; however, the struggle is so much smaller knowing that we can see the information at any given time from anywhere.

The ease of use cannot go unnoticed. I am impressed with how it meets the needs of our church both from the administrative view and the member view, The blog and notifications are great features.

I do not think I remember the cons or disadvantages.

I highly recommend this software, it has been much better and easier than a previous software we used. The staff at Logos is like calling a friend, we never feel like a 'number' with them.

Multiple problems just logging in to the system, days spent waiting for returned calls when we have problems (fairly often), and management refuses to return calls to hear complaints.

I have been very pleased with the responsiveness and willingness to help by the Logos support staff.

I have sent emails, called on the phone, discussed situation with Support Rep, and am very frustrated by not getting any response from Sales or Management.

Our parents love the Logos360 Safe social networking product, our kids are off Facebook and in the safe environment that we control, and our youth pastor can monitor.

Inputting attendance takes all day because you are going to run into problems along the way. There is no easy way to add people to the system in the middle of the job.

We like the ability to customize the software at different levels to fit our church environment.

We have used it for 7 months and I regret every moment spent trying to figure it out.
