I highly recommend this software, it has been much better and easier than a previous software we used. The staff at Logos is like calling a friend, we never feel like a 'number' with them.
Multiple problems just logging in to the system, days spent waiting for returned calls when we have problems (fairly often), and management refuses to return calls to hear complaints.
I have been very pleased with the responsiveness and willingness to help by the Logos support staff.
