ExceedFurther vs BasicFunder: Which is a better fit?

ExceedFurther/Arreva has terrific professional, responsive, and customer-centric client and technical support.

Some of the settings can be confusing and the method of saving settings for each session type can be also confusing.

Simple and to the point. I love that your customer service really assists with the "hows" very grateful for the personal help.

We have been a bit frustrated with the "event function" - does not meet a few of our specialized needs.

The ease in learning to use it was amazing. The reporting functions are great as is the details you can provide to segment your donors.

Another con is the inability to have comp codes in the event ticketing portion of the system. I know this is something they are currently developing so this item will become a pro shortly.

Arreva is a great and user-friendly platform for donor management. The current features are adequate for nonprofits and certainly are an improvement over other, more expensive platforms.

It can be difficult to pull some of the reports and I sometimes think there is too much information included that we have to extract from.

The program is easy to use and enhancements are made to make the program that much better. The customer support is fantastic with help just a phone call away.

Some of the functions are a bit complicated and confusing. Sometimes, reports have to be run a very precise way or it will give you the wrong numbers.

We switched to Basic Funder from an old database and we are thrilled with the results. We are able to gain much more knowledge and information and tailor the reports to suit our needs.

There is not much that I can say that is negative. When i have asked for support it was provided.

It creates multiple files automatically which is ideal for non profits that need to send a fund report to fund managers. Great Product and superb support.

Some of the reports are difficult to figure out how to produce - if it is not a common report.

We wanted the ability to generate a more appropriate thank you letter, to go with the receipt, and are pleased with what we are able to do.

Print Profile too detailed and doesn't give what we're looking for, a summary profile as a donor. No way to change batch information.
