ExceedFurther vs Donor Tools: Which is a better fit?

ExceedFurther/Arreva has terrific professional, responsive, and customer-centric client and technical support.

Some of the settings can be confusing and the method of saving settings for each session type can be also confusing.

Simple and to the point. I love that your customer service really assists with the "hows" very grateful for the personal help.

We have been a bit frustrated with the "event function" - does not meet a few of our specialized needs.

The ease in learning to use it was amazing. The reporting functions are great as is the details you can provide to segment your donors.

Another con is the inability to have comp codes in the event ticketing portion of the system. I know this is something they are currently developing so this item will become a pro shortly.

Arreva is a great and user-friendly platform for donor management. The current features are adequate for nonprofits and certainly are an improvement over other, more expensive platforms.

It can be difficult to pull some of the reports and I sometimes think there is too much information included that we have to extract from.

I would recommend more search options. I am very pleased with the patience and willingness to help from the technical support.

One of the major drawbacks is the missing receipt generator. I would gladly pay a bit more for the software if it was able to automatically generate paper receipts without having to do a mail merge.

Donor Tools helps us keep good records of our supporters. We are able to strategize and thank them appropriately.

Sometimes, I have thought to not enter in the work address altogether under the individual, and instead, enter their individual name under the Corporation-this brings up a whole other set of problems.

I like being able to easily access the donation history for each user, as that is important to my job to see the consistency and which fund they have donated to.

It is incredibly frustrating to only be able to communicate via email.

Donor Tools has been a great fit for our small non-profit. It integrates beautifully with Mailchimp and PayPal, and makes it easy to see how our fundraising efforts compare with past years.

My screen freezes sometimes during contact address input (but that might be a problem on my end with my browser).
