FastFund Software Suite vs Sage 50cloud Accounting: Which is a better fit?

Their customer service is outstanding. We have the accounting, payroll and fund raising programs and are extremely pleased with all of them.

The subgrantee had no choice but to use a program which is not helping them and eventually, they stopped using it. Wasted resources and an unnecessary stress.

Smaller non profits really benefit from this software. It does so much more that our non profit needs but glad it's their as we grow.

We have no way to search for married couples. Our database lists the main donor and then only a line item for their spouse with limited ways to search for them.

We now have clients using the current version of Fast Fund and they are much happier. The program is very user friendly, the reporting is outstanding and the price cannot be beat.

Some parts are not user-friendly (report generators); should be able to hide or disable features that are not being used but crowd the screen.

I have worked with many different accounting software and find FastFund Accounting Software very easy to use. It is a great product for our non profit organization and high recommend it to everyone.

I had previously used Peoplesoft, MAS90, QuickBooks and other software packages. I haven't heard about Fastfund before, therefore I did have a negative opinion about fast fund coming in.

Overall performance is good. Comparing to the cost benefits are greater by cost & benefit analysis, Suitable for Small & Medium Sized Enterprises.

Lack of flexibility, fairly poor support. No choice of other software from Sage with more flexability.

Sage is very user friendly and offers all of the options required to operate a small business. The insights provided are excellent and flexibility available is more than adequate.

Our files get corrupted constantly and they blame it on the cloud computing. We have corruptions that no one at sage knows how to fix and they don't continue to fix it.

If you are used to Sage is very easy to use and setup. It includes a lot of helpful features and great reporting features.

Disconnect, with no alternative then to pay 400 % + markup. Very unhappy customer of 30 + years, will no longer be a customer.

The Graphic User Interface is friendly easy to use especially for a new user. The New Company Wizard does a very good job in anticipating almost all possible accounts in the charts of account.

I've been charged for 6 months after I cancelled my subscription, I've called more than once, and they just keep charging. Very unprofessional, fraudulent behaviour in my opinion.
