I liked this product and would recommend it as it is user friendly and very comprehensive.

In a world where everything can be very impersonal, I found the customer service and care of Rent Manager outstanding. They went above and beyond in helping me navigate some difficult concerns.
The upload and download feature does not work properly and is a waste of time. The apps associated with the software is not made well, and you really have very little mobile functionality.
The staff of customer service representatives is the best I have ever dealt with. They are always cheerful, knowledgeable, and so very helpful.
For us, it was challenging to load all of our images. Perhaps, it was due to the types of images we had, as opposed to a problem on their end.
The staff overseeing the conversion did a great job in helping us be prepared and we converted with very little issues, all of which were resolved quickly.
The drop down menus are narrow - so if you don't remember the property account number, you have to scroll down to "find" your account.

So we are a newer company, so we did have a few systems that we tried before Rent Manager, but nothing that really stuck. Since we have both multifamily and single family properties, Rent Manager was one of the only options that offered both capabilities for us, so we have used that very strongly since almost the inception of our company. Rent Manager has worked great for us to both manage single family properties as well as multifamily properties. We love the customization options that we have, and in addition, it has worked great for us. Being able to get started with Rent Manager has been great. In addition, you can really customize your own reports, which we have genuinely appreciated. Additionally, any questions that we have, we can work with that customer service team and they are very quick to answer and always willing to help. I think the biggest thing for us is that we genuinely have to work to customize those reports. So working with your team and working with Rent Manager's team to make sure that you can get the information needed.
Yola S. : Hi, I'm Yola. I am the inside sales manager at a real estate brokerage. We have 27 agents and 11 admin, and I would give Sisu a five-star rating. Before we used Sisu, we just used regular spreadsheets, and it was hard to keep everything accurate. It was hard to have the agents track accordingly. We all know that agents like to do things user-friendly. Sisu is great because they can do it right from the mobile app, and it connects with our other CRMs, and everything is integrated. So it was recommended to us from other teams that were very successful with it. We also are very involved with Tom Ferry and a bunch of other mastermind groups. Our team is highly successful, and that is something that was recommended to us. It was pretty easy. We had to learn a little bit of the new systems. The integrations were easy. Customer service has been very good, and there's a lot of different ways we can utilize Sisu. So I think it's been a smooth transition. I think Sisu is a great option for tracking your transactions and your conversations, and trying to set goals for each year for annual and monthly goals. I also think that the charts and the leaderboards really helped with competitions and just getting everybody motivated.
