I liked this product and would recommend it as it is user friendly and very comprehensive.
To date, we have lost 18 homes due to technical issues with our software (email, etc). This is a significant and irreparable loss.
In a world where everything can be very impersonal, I found the customer service and care of Rent Manager outstanding. They went above and beyond in helping me navigate some difficult concerns.
The upload and download feature does not work properly and is a waste of time. The apps associated with the software is not made well, and you really have very little mobile functionality.
The staff of customer service representatives is the best I have ever dealt with. They are always cheerful, knowledgeable, and so very helpful.
For us, it was challenging to load all of our images. Perhaps, it was due to the types of images we had, as opposed to a problem on their end.
The staff overseeing the conversion did a great job in helping us be prepared and we converted with very little issues, all of which were resolved quickly.
The drop down menus are narrow - so if you don't remember the property account number, you have to scroll down to "find" your account.
I personally have felt very comfortable and safe, making changes with the knowledge. He has an overview on our account and does advise with the best practices to improve our guest experience.
The platform itself has glaring bugs, such as the recurrent sending of messages to guests, which only exacerbated their frustration.

It has been smooth and getting used to the software is easy and can help out team save a lot go time. It definitely helps you stand out while capturing valuable guest details.
Currently, we are having to manually add these local service providers. I've shared this feedback and I believe it's already on their roadmap but could be mistaken.
The biggest benefit is found on improving the guest experience / journey. Some of the custom automations you can setup are pretty cool as well.
Sometimes their are some big issues that can be a little confusing.
Jordan C.: My name is Jordan. I am a leasing and marketing manager of a company with less than 100 employees, and I give Rent Manager a five out of five. So we are a newer company, so we did have a few systems that we tried before Rent Manager, but nothing that really stuck. Since we have both multifamily and single family properties, Rent Manager was one of the only options that offered both capabilities for us, so we have used that very strongly since almost the inception of our company. Rent Manager has worked great for us to both manage single family properties as well as multifamily properties. We love the customization options that we have, and in addition, it has worked great for us. Being able to get started with Rent Manager has been great. In addition, you can really customize your own reports, which we have genuinely appreciated. Additionally, any questions that we have, we can work with that customer service team and they are very quick to answer and always willing to help. I think the biggest thing for us is that we genuinely have to work to customize those reports. So working with your team and working with Rent Manager's team to make sure that you can get the information needed.
