Things have definitely improved over the years and we have a good relationship with their support team who are always helpful and resolve any issues we have quickly for us.

It does not let me register. The web just shows the message "submitting" and there is no way to get in touch with the team until you are registered.
I like that the program is easy for clients to navigate, even for people who aren't necessarily comfortable with computers.
I do not like the controls for drawing and clicking and dragging. They are awkward, cumbersome, and often go haywire and scribble over the screen.
