At first I was having issue with the domain features but after time I found out that it had to do with cloudflare, no QR Cloud. That has been my only downside so far.

Customer service is prompt the product UX is good, and th UI is enjoyable.
Challenges ahead include further performance enhancements, minor design-related bugs in the QR Page blocks layout and responsiveness, and a more troubling logo/branding placement issue.

Hard to extract label images (odd extension on label files) to send to organic certification agencies.
The customer service is outstanding. Each time I have had to call Labelview for assistance, I received excellent service from the technicians.
Sometimes the network administration gets messed up and I need to restart the server in order for the licensing to properly work.
Best thing about labelview is that is highly customizable. Second best thing is end user ease of use.
It does everything I need. I would say changing the printer ribbon, but now I think I could change it blind folded.
