Occasionally I have connectivity issues. If you don't have a chip reader, sometimes it's difficult because a lot of cards are starting to be chip only.
Square is great at on-the-go ordering and managing. I love the simplicity of the app and the features it comes with for balancing receipts and metrics.
The new fee structure has been more expensive for our business since we have smaller charges.

If I had a PC, I'd probably be sad this app is only available for Macs.
Sparkle is our go to design and build tool for our websites. It has never let us down and the support from the Sparkle team is absolutely amazing.
Also, a native app for iPad Pro would be a game changer, but apparently, developers don't want to put their efforts into it which makes me really sad.
The end-to-end experience is very good: great on-boarding, very good experience using the product day-to-day, and excellent support directly from the developers, who really know their stuff.

Rachel: My name's Rachel, and I'm an Equine Sports Therapist. I've been using Square Online and it has a full five star rating for me. So previously to using Square Online, I was emailing invoices directly to clients, which then required some wait time and required me to spend time at the end of my days to create the invoices for them, then send them off, and it was very cumbersome and took a lot of time out of my day to send off the invoices. I chose Square Online because of its convenience, because I was able to use it on my phone through the app, or even on my laptop in between clients. And really quickly send off invoices, receive payment, and track all of my expenses and all of my incoming and out-coming payments. Getting started with Square was super easy for me. I was able to just input my services and items that I would be regularly charging my clients. And using the app and my computer, I was able to insert everything very quickly and be up and running to invoice my clients within a day. I highly recommend Square Online for anyone who's considering it. Anyone who has a fast-paced business and needs to be able to keep up with all of their invoicing and all of their payments on the fly, it is really helpful for that.
