My increase in productivity is amazing. The sssoft phone is the best & customer service is off the charts.
If there was one dislike it would be the slowness (at times) which was probably linked to updates that needed to be installed.
It's a super easy system to navigate and I love that it is web based, so that I am able to use this marketing tool from anywhere. I also love that I am able to toggle from previous updates.
The Autodialer takes too long and sometimes calls numbers by mistake.

This is THE most modern and user friendly sales engagement platform available. It super easy to use, with excellent analytics and setting options.
I'm still a new user but here are some of the things I dislike about Outplay. Lack of integration with Sales Nav - having to import prospects into Outplay with an Excel sheet is extremely frustrating.
It is very helpful in engaging with prospects and easy to track the activities. Reports feature is very good.
The triggers and sequences are kept in a strange place and are not easily tested. Additionally, I had some trouble with parts of the pipedrive integration.
And Outplay, I conquered the challenge and feel more confident using the product. Their customer dedication is outstanding.
Really mini complaint is the fact you can't set a default text size and font, so it matches the style you have on your outbound gmail messages and replies. Have to switch it each time.
The thing I like most about the software is their customer support and ease of use for most features. Their support team is really good at answering questions.
When mapping the fields the data type is very limited.

The business problems that I've been able to solve using VanillaSoft is it's just so easy to use. It's easy to upload our leads so we can effectively market the appointments and schedule them for our salespeople. It's very easy to use. You can correct the title or the person's name. You can change the address, email address. You can email the prospects. You could schedule the appointments within the CRM. It's very, very easy to use. I love it. The only problem that I ever had with VanillaSoft is when we linked it with a cellphone and I couldn't get the cellphone to stop dialing.
