Very user-friendly helps with organization, the set up is perfect for call Centers and the price per month well worth it. The staff and support staff were wonderful with my questions.
If there was one dislike it would be the slowness (at times) which was probably linked to updates that needed to be installed.
It's a super easy system to navigate and I love that it is web based, so that I am able to use this marketing tool from anywhere. I also love that I am able to toggle from previous updates.
The Autodialer takes too long and sometimes calls numbers by mistake.

Am working for David Newsome with Money Mailer currently & I love your system. So much better than what most people use,CRMs, & I really love how easy it is to edit,save & just work the whole program.
Unless you use it everyday, it takes some time to remember how to go from one record to another. Most difficult was the inability to delete records that are no longer needed on my list.
I have used several different CRM's and Myphoner is convenient and really helps you get and stayed organized. The tracking is great, the automation is amazing and I use it everyday.
Also if they are not ready to buy you must pick they are a loser- maybe there should be another choice for the ones that could be future potenial.
Has some good features and is easy to navigate and use, overall a good product. Excellent support provided.
My only complaint would be the call tracking analytics - they seem to always be slightly off from our internal phone software's tracking analytics.
This system makes it so easy to track. It is reliable, intuitive for users and is backed by a team of awesome people.

The business problems that I've been able to solve using VanillaSoft is it's just so easy to use. It's easy to upload our leads so we can effectively market the appointments and schedule them for our salespeople. It's very easy to use. You can correct the title or the person's name. You can change the address, email address. You can email the prospects. You could schedule the appointments within the CRM. It's very, very easy to use. I love it. The only problem that I ever had with VanillaSoft is when we linked it with a cellphone and I couldn't get the cellphone to stop dialing.

As a early on startup company, we decided to use Myphoner really because of the flexibility and the cost. We did look at more robust platforms, such as Salesforce and other CRMs, but we chose to use Myphoner since it was much more agile and easier to implement across the company. We decided to use Myphoner to help build up our business development team. Myphoner really allows us to create and filter lists for prospecting, and it really allowed us to grow our business development team. Onboarding with Myphoner went relatively smoothly. The support team is great to work with and we've integrated it with other systems using Zapier. My recommendation for anyone considering Myphoner would be that it is a great use case for remote teams looking to build up any business development or sales team. It's great for prospecting. It's relatively low cost and it's a great way to build up a sales funnel for any sales organization.
