With a great EMR system and easy of scheduling I appreciate zHealth as well as the cost for a solo doctor. I like that the system has the ability to expand without crazy increase in costs.
The service is terrible. Should have had a clue when you call there advertised number you have to leave a message.
IMO it is a great investment in your office, and if you like what you see, it will only be getting better and better.
Occasionally it runs slow but not enough to cause a problem.

Patient subjective never carries over making patients frustrated. Dates for onset date and pointers reset frequently even when you chose to import previous.

Currently, the statement does not show the full amount of monies collect from the patient and it is confusing...we have had a lot of mad patients, to say the least.

Having integrated software is a great benefit of this product. The EHR is great and when we have to send records to other offices or audits everyone is impressed by our notes.
That a patient cannot have 3 different types of accounts within their main acct. Insurance, Auto accident and Cash accts.
Dr. Reanna: Hi, I'm Dr. Reanna. I'm the chiropractor here, and I'm in Seattle, Washington, and I give zHealth a five out of five. Well, I had a Chiro Touch before, the Chiro Touch Cloud. That definitely was not happening. And then I was considering Jane or zHealth, and I liked zHealth because they're fully HIPAA-compliant. First of all, the support, the training, the SOAP notes are customizable. I love the reports, so lots of reports that we can generate. It's user-friendly, and we can call them up, email them at any time. We get a very quick response. And they're always updating and refining their software, and that's very important as well. It was super easy because it was pretty quick to do the X4, the onboarding. We had good training. I think we had four sessions with the entire team, and so they're just super helpful, good with communication skills as well, and very streamlined. And that's why I would highly recommend zHealth because of how efficient they are, and they're very supportive, too. No, nothing that they should know, that you're making a good decision by going with zHealth because of how efficient, how helpful they are, the training, the onboarding, and also just their whole software is very user-friendly, too.
