Report Master is a great fit for small to large sized practices seeking to achieve Meaningful Use, improve quality of patient charting, and reduce time spent writing the reports.
There is no section for indexes. The plan section is out date, you can no longer just state decrease pain levels for a goal, you need to use the indexes to set goals.
Excellent program, nicest tech people out there, overall great experience. The support staff was fantastic in answering all questions and helping out with training and implementation.
There are multiple tabs in the report master which can make it confusing.
It save me tremendous amount of time and allow me to have clear concise SOAP notes. Also, it save me a great deal of time on Narrative reports by generating all the exam findings and history.
The paperwork that is provided that we need to have patients fill out is hard to follow. The print is small, there are :LOTS of boxes and it looks messy.
The Tech support is supreme and Chris is just wonderful and Pam is totally there behind the scene support and she is like the Lineman on the football team, and I am an NFL alumni.
Examples: pain frequency should go up by 5 not a range 0-25. The subjective part should compare present to past pain levels and frequencies, then have a percentage of improvement in the assessment.
The care plan set up, tracking/reporting, tracking patient progress, SOAP notes, billing, etc are all amazing. The customer service is stellar and we have been using the system for over 10 years.
The loss was very substantial. We since have hired a new billing company that is continuing to find mistakes on entering the insurance and wrong addresses.
We love features like the calling module, Platinum billing, the scanning/swiping to check people in and the awesome customization for macros.

The customer service personnel are always willing to help in any situation. The ability to get the help needed to solve even the smallest of problem is great.
It's a very outdated for such a stellar working soft ware and can sometimes feel overwhelming for the lack of things we've come so accustomed to like fonts, tabs, color blocking, etc.
Customer support has been hands down one of the best. They are easy to get in touch with and super helpful.
We had a lot of trouble with platinum not taking any ownership of mistakes. Now it seems to be better.
