I integrated it into my payroll and it worked flawlessly. The overall quality is good.

There is nothing that I haven't been able to work through to dislike.

Overall service has been super great. Staff members are always friendly and willing to assist when the need arises.

I let the trainer know, that instead of that, it would be better to figure out what was wrong so that it could be fixed going forward. That conversation was after I figured out what the problems were.

We love that your product is customizable and that you have a great team of specialists who listen, understand our business and helped create the product / service that we need.

There is nothing I have found yet that I felt fail short.

It is very user friendly. Also customer service was wonderful, our business split from another group and WebClock employees made the transition easy.

The work required to fix all of these was just too much so we stopped using the services.

On top of this it gives great information on both individual, location and total staff costs, which is very useful when planning for the future.

Sometimes lags in the data makes it difficult to clock time accurately. Also transferring incident reports could be made easier.

Deputy has been the best in delivering their promises. Their interface is amazing and simple to use.

I truly get frustrated when it automatically adds your 30 min break if you did not take one.

It just has made the scheduling of staff and time sheet records so quick and easy. The team continuous improvements of the package is fantastic, already making an awesome package better.

Intergrating other financial applications was difficult.

This is just great software to manage staff scheduling it's just so easy. It has some great reports for costings too.

You have to pay a monthly fee for yourself as an admin user even if you don't input any of your shift info into Deputy and there is also a minimum spend which they only mention in the small print.
