PinPoint has great version control and works great with a big scala of documents. This is great software if you want to go digital with your documents.
PinPoint has a few annoying features--like you have to click a certain area of a drop down or it won't open. It sometimes won't load unless you close the browser and reopen.
The support you get from the folks at LSSP is amazing. They are quick and ready to help with solutions.
The text search function is virtually unusable. The automatic character recognition and file sorting function does not work, as a large percentage of files are rejected.
A smooth experience using this application & lately I love Pdf has been in the top my list to help me with the documentation.
For example if you drag and drop many files to merge them in a unique PDF (I am talking about 20 or more) the order that you have in your folder will not be the one on the software.
Privacy is very important for me and when I checked the I Love PDF FAQ page they talked about making our files secure and safe and It's good to hear that.
It makes sense to compress those types of things in a large presentation, but sometimes it looks very bad and I would have to go another route.
There are many more options in this amazing software for us to fulfill our e business needs in this competitive world. It has real value for money.
It´s hard to find errors in I love PDF, maybe the only disadvantage is that it only works with an internet connection.
It is super easy to use, the menus are visually great and easy to find the function that you want.
