Then refund process was excruciating, didnt refund money and had to follow up several times. Then you have to sign up with Pay for ACH which is worse.
The presentation and easy to create reports with very simple and guided quearys also The user interface is foolproof which is a great solution for the support and information department.
Sometimes can have JSON or Java Bridge errors. Sometimes one minor error can cause the whole system to freeze up.
Overall, our experience has been positive. I would recommend that companies ensure to include it in their RFP process.
Misleading advertising, said works with Mac doesn't really(yeah if I install it in parallel and buy a new subscription for all my other software in Microsoft parallel).
