Good training during implementation, very good phone support, stable platform with good updates.
I found this frustrating when I had a customer on the phone and we wanted to get a snapshot of availability. Customer support is awful if you are not one of their Expert or Elite customers.
Point-of-Rental is easy to work with always good for feedback and help great product and integrated into our website.
After purchasing this software for dollars and and receiving the worst software & customers service I guess can buy.
Easy to use, very helpful staff and the level of detail within the product is what we like most. I love that they listen to their users and provide updates based on that feedback.

The price point is very affordable and tech help has always been good Bryan is great at what he does.

Very intuitive and easy to set up. Their tech staff is very friendly and super helpful getting you all set up and going.
There's no integrated Canadian payroll with this program, so I have to use a second program and then manually post the entries over, which is very time-consuming.
