PCS TMS vs Toro TMS: Which is a better fit?

Great carrier and rate management features, and very useful appointment scheduling function. Also very effectively allows me to manage our private fleet from the same screen as our common carriers.

If I have anything negative to say about the accounting and payroll, the payroll is too restrictive and limited.

I like that it is easy to use, somewhat customizable, and customer service is very helpful. It was easy to integrate and get started quickly.

The promised integration with Keep Trucking/Motive is very hit or miss which makes their fleet tracking unusable. Web Site API links start failing over time.

This software is such a great solution for us as an asset based Trucking Company.

It was very hard for me to figure how to apply and delete payments options.

We like the accounting feature that is built into the software. It make accounting pretty seamless.

Some functions are wonky, and mistakes sometimes have backwards solutions.

Ease of use, tracking, invoiceing very easy, dispatching and tracking fantastic, customer service is out of this world, they work with you until you are satisfield.

The inability to automatically add late charges to invoices and push through driver settlements to QuickBooks.

The user friendliness is unmatched with all the demos we've done with other TMS software products. Pair that with the workflow simplicity it's been a huge improvement for our business.

At first we were discouraged by the cost of Toro. It was significantly more expensive than previous software we have used.

The crew that got us signed up with Toro were great to work with. We loved the sales and onboarding/education team.

I can't say there is anything that I am unhappy with.

Everything has been great so far. We switched from Protrans and this is much better software.

The dispatch screen is confusing and does not feel natural.
