PCS TMS vs Hermes: Which is a better fit?

Great carrier and rate management features, and very useful appointment scheduling function. Also very effectively allows me to manage our private fleet from the same screen as our common carriers.

If I have anything negative to say about the accounting and payroll, the payroll is too restrictive and limited.

I like that it is easy to use, somewhat customizable, and customer service is very helpful. It was easy to integrate and get started quickly.

The promised integration with Keep Trucking/Motive is very hit or miss which makes their fleet tracking unusable. Web Site API links start failing over time.

This software is such a great solution for us as an asset based Trucking Company.

It was very hard for me to figure how to apply and delete payments options.

We like the accounting feature that is built into the software. It make accounting pretty seamless.

Some functions are wonky, and mistakes sometimes have backwards solutions.

Outstanding client service. Adaptable enough to be integrate with other accounting programs.

The inventory part for our company is not working well yet.

It's intuitive, easy to use and the managemnt of invoices and contracts works fine. They give a good support in case we need to change a logic or add information.

Sometimes it has some randoms errors that don't make lots of cense.

I like the user friendly feature of Hermes. It is easy to navigate and access.

Great because the system overall is very reliable.
