PCS TMS vs Cro Software Solutions: Which is a better fit?

Great carrier and rate management features, and very useful appointment scheduling function. Also very effectively allows me to manage our private fleet from the same screen as our common carriers.

If I have anything negative to say about the accounting and payroll, the payroll is too restrictive and limited.

I like that it is easy to use, somewhat customizable, and customer service is very helpful. It was easy to integrate and get started quickly.

The promised integration with Keep Trucking/Motive is very hit or miss which makes their fleet tracking unusable. Web Site API links start failing over time.

This software is such a great solution for us as an asset based Trucking Company.

It was very hard for me to figure how to apply and delete payments options.

We like the accounting feature that is built into the software. It make accounting pretty seamless.

Some functions are wonky, and mistakes sometimes have backwards solutions.

I love how easy it is to schedule and track jobs and the drivers love the app for its GPS, how the jobs are displayed and tracked, and the ease for putting in landfill weights.

The biggest complaint I have is the lack of a written manual. Not every one is a visual learner.

They are revolutionized dispatching software. It is a brilliant software and I love using it every day.

Now that they are a larger company, issues that have been ongoing since we started are being ignored.

What I like most about CRO is that entering services is super quick. The different report that they offer are great as well.

I had my doubts at the very beginning and started to express my frustrations within the first 30 days. I told them after the very first training session that I no longer wanted the billing piece.

The pricing formula is fair and friendly. The software is supported by the various leading platforms such as Windows etc.

Was almost impossible as drivers would forget to write numbers down or transpose numbers and very difficult to accurately track.
