PCS TMS vs TOTALogistix TMS from Aptean: Which is a better fit?

Great carrier and rate management features, and very useful appointment scheduling function. Also very effectively allows me to manage our private fleet from the same screen as our common carriers.

If I have anything negative to say about the accounting and payroll, the payroll is too restrictive and limited.

I like that it is easy to use, somewhat customizable, and customer service is very helpful. It was easy to integrate and get started quickly.

The promised integration with Keep Trucking/Motive is very hit or miss which makes their fleet tracking unusable. Web Site API links start failing over time.

This software is such a great solution for us as an asset based Trucking Company.

It was very hard for me to figure how to apply and delete payments options.

We like the accounting feature that is built into the software. It make accounting pretty seamless.

Some functions are wonky, and mistakes sometimes have backwards solutions.

Totalogistix is a great company to work with. Their staff is experienced, friendly, caring, professional and detailed oriented.

Sometimes we have updates that have not yet synced with the software and this sometimes causes frustrating when you are working against the clock.

My experience with TMS has been phenomenal. The support team is amazing and the actual software is easy to use and saves my company money.

Estimating was loose & goose, surprises appeared into implementation.

Utilizing this software has brought our operational performance to a higher standard. We are now able to streamline our fulfillment process, and have better visibility and control.

Implementing a new TMS enable us to rethink the process; dealing with your own employees to create a new way forward can at times be frustrating.

Ease of use, user friendly (to most), ability to get several rate quotes with a few key strokes.

Nothing at this time any problems are resolved ASAP.
