eSilentPARTNER vs Releasd: Which is a better fit?

ESilent Partner has an amazing support team, super reactive, doing the best to be sure your question is answered VERY quickly.

That may sound silly but if you have ever used a software that update every month or even more frequently it's a pain.

As of yet, my experience has been a good one, whenever I need help, I do ticket in the forum and [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is always quick to answer me. She is amazing to work with.

Only cons are when I make an error by mistake.

The feature set is terrific. The ability to assign and manage tasks and the project setup is wonderful.

The accounting integration was so painful that honestly the only reason we still have ESP is because I don't think we could put our accounting team through another migration.

The ability to write SQL reports in order to get the information that is required to provide insightful analysis. The customer service/support is outstanding.

Many times I see people struggle with forcing a software product to do things their way. Let go, let the software guide you.

Really nice and simple to use to build a nice looking report. Works really well when you are trying to tell the story of a campaign or have plenty of content that you want to share with the reader.

This means having to copy and paste the text into the slider by itself, making the report look untidy and text looks squashed and is hard to read when scrolling within the box.

Good tool for presenting PR reports in an easy-to-digest and professional-looking format. Most of our clients like it and it's easy for them to share internally.

The widgets used to be a little fiddly to use but the team has fixed this problem.

The layout is easy to use and customise, meaning there is an abundance of flexibility and opportunity to be creative in how you want a report to look. The ease of the software is also a huge benefit.

Being a Mac user, Safari is the default browser and Releasd kept logging out on Safari so swapped to Chrome and had no further issues. I don't know if this is still an issue.

Really nice to work with, constantly being updated and improved. It's just a great resource that we find really useful both for showing results and summarising campaigns.

At times Releasd can be problematic and the process of creating reports may be difficult because of certain issues.
