CSI Spectrum vs BookyWay: Which is a better fit?

Great product, great solutions and a responsive team. I would urge anyone looking to consolidate their business strategy to try CSI as their platform.

You enter the dates of the leave, but the system does not delete the dues for those months. Prospecting using the Prospect option is very poor.

The user app and online services make it possible for members to ultilize the software and practice some self-care. I am very happy with the quality ad wide reach the software provides.

When I'm creating a new membership I have to be exact on everything I do. In many instances if I make a mistake, I can't back up and fix it.

Above all, someone is always available to help. I truly appreciate what they do and what they provide for our organization.

The only con I have is our initial training on site was inferior. The tech was more concerned with being on his computer and revamping our chart of accounts then teaching us how to use the software.

I liked the accounting side of the software as well as the reports that it offered. The accounting reports and overall reporting is great and provides a lot of detail for your company.

Service techs are rude and not very helpful. Over bloated software for most facilities.

I like this appls because it allows me through its mobile version to attend online class ,or to record them. Very easy to use and accessible to all at a very good price.

But the admin side for making changes is a little poor and can be frustrating.

It's affordable and it's really easy to reach out to Bookyway for help. Web based but you can use on anything.

For admin it's a bit of nightmare making changes, especially if you notice a small mistake on a recurring class and then you have to go delete the class and renter everything.

Everithing ,easy to use ,and cheap and exelante. Thank you BookyWay for helping us.

At times the software can run a little slow and be a little ‘ jumpy’ Very limited choice of exercises for client personal programme.

Great because I can book all my apointments with this app.

Not having the option to cancel an appointment on a course without having the rest of the weeks also canceled.
