We use Act-On to solve for marketing email journey automation, so having automated email campaigns and differentiated customized journeys for different segments of our users. What I like most about Act-On is it's highly customizable and very easy to make small changes to existing campaigns and journeys over time. One of the things I like least about Act-On is because it has so many features and it's so powerful, the interface can sometimes feel a little bit complicated. So when new team members who haven't used it before have to get initiated and trained on it, sometimes it can take a little while for them to get fully up and running and be able to work independently.

Stephen: Hi, my name is Stephen. I'm the CEO of Kayak Capital, and I give Constant Contact, a four out of five rating. Before using Constant Contact, I considered MailChimp as an alternative. The reason I chose Constant Contact, it's more widely recognized as a professional service, and it also integrated with my CRM more easily. Integration with Constant Contact was relatively easy. They worked directly with my CRM to integrate it and to upload my contacts into Constant Contact. My recommendation would be to work with Constant Contact to customize your output, to take off the constant contact name off the bottom, that's doable if you pay an additional fee.
