Overall, Constant Contact is a reliable platform for us due to the straightforward way to manage email marketing. It has been very ease of use and we get to do campaigns quickly. However, as your business grows, you may start to feel the limitations in both features and pricing. It’s a great starting tool—but one that requires careful evaluation if you plan to scale your marketing efforts.

Pros

What I like the most about Constant Contact is how easy it is to use. It makes it very simple to create and launch email campaigns without much technical knowledge.

Cons

What I don’t like is that the platform becomes expensive as your contact list grows. In the beginning, pricing is ok but it can increase quickly and can become unaffordable for small businesses.

Enjoy Constant Contact and the features it currently possesses. With a few tweaks, it will be a completely awesome integretion to pay for.

Pros

The ease of connecting our website footer links with constant contacts import into specific lists. Like the ability for branding and templates, makes keeping everything cohesive easy. The tracking of engagement is also very useful.

Cons

Nothing I strongly dislike but the Canva intergretion has some bugs that could be awesome once fixed. Currently when importing a design from Canva it changes the size from the original intoa fixed square requiring you to completely redo it to fit, making the feature useless.

Constant Contact has been a game changer for my business. It's ideal for beginners who want a simple, straightforward platform with reliable support, though growing businesses may find the costs add up quickly as their contact list expands .

Pros

Contact is wonderful when it comes to providing templates that can be used for your emails. It now has a large library of templates to choose from. One key addition is the AI generator that drafts emails and campaigns just from simple prompts.

Cons

Some key features are now locked behind the Premium tier starting at $80/month .which is some how frustrating for old users. But you learn to accept it with time.

Overall, my experience with Constant Contact has been very positive. It’s a solid platform for email marketing, especially for beginners or small businesses looking for an easy way to connect with their audience.

Pros

I liked how straightforward it is to create and send professional-looking emails. The templates are clean and customizable, and the contact management tools make it easy to organize and target specific audiences.

Cons

Some of the more advanced features can feel a bit limited unless you upgrade to higher-tier plans. It would be nice to have more flexibility in the basic version.

I give it 5 stars for the overall experience. I rarely have any issues when I use it to add contacts or send emails.

Pros

I really enjoy how user-friendly it is and that multiple people on my team can add and edit emails without a lot of training. I also enjoy that it integrates with Donor Perfect

Cons

Sometimes adding multimedia can be a little burdensome with the formatting. For example, I'll add an image, but not be able to resize or move it where I want.

It was good once i got comfortable using it to create my marketing materials like open house fliers.

Pros

It can send out newsletters, marketing materials, and emails to your contacts. It has a built in crm which allows you to add new clients to your database

Cons

It has an outdated template appearance which is not very customizable. It lists only a few templates to choose from.

Pros

Using constant contact for email marketing and contact with my 2500 to 3000 client base was highly effective.

Cons

I loved the ease of creating monthly promotions for my bonafide client list. Also, the software integrated well with other platforms on social media.

Pros

Constant Contact is easy to use, highly functional, able to schedule emails, and able to use for marketing.

Cons

Constant Contact has an outdated style of formatting. It'd be great to see more trendy design and style coming through!

Due to the recent snafus with registration and some of our communications, I removed a star for now.

Pros

Keeping in touch with stakeholders is a must and Constant Contact facilitates that. Easy to use is always a plus when your plate is full.

Cons

We recently used it to register class participants. Not sure what happened, but it got confusing. Some registrants got confirmations and others didn't. Same for us. We also experienced a glitch with our contact list that caused an interruption to our account status. Are working through it.

I like that it stores all of our contacts and they are easier to search, find, find, email and we know they receved it

Cons

i don't like the fact that you can duplicate the contacts and it doesn't pick on the fact that there is more than one contact
