Designed for businesses of all sizes, it is a document management system that helps teams collaborate, share, edit, chat, and comment across multiple files in real-time.
The ability to scan and classify, assign categories to each document is really good. It makes the work quicker and fun.
Customer support is quick to blame me for the issues. I lost an entire months work (that was scanned and shredded, and is no longer visible in my neat files. The items are there, the scan is gone.).
The searchable nature is awesome. I've been using the mobile app as well which has been super helpful for remote.
Eventually, the support team gave up on the problems and we were obliged to revert back to dealing with the corporate management. The data was lost and was never recovered.
Overall, I am happy for what I use it for, these are just suggestions for improvement.
Current version is unstable, functionality is hopeless, support appears designed to prevent users access.
Neat is an amazing product, our business is growing rapidly and Neat has helped us with filing our receipts and documents with ease.
The company comes over as uber-arrogant with a desperately low level of expertise in their programming department who can't keep up with operating system upgrades.
I adore how simple it is to use and how seamlessly file sharing is included. The product's quality is excellent considering its price.
It's difficult to utilize if your internet connection is poor or unstable. You likewise need to keep the Google Drive tidy or you can end up with loads of futile untitled reports in your documents.

Jeb B.: Hi. My name is Jeb. I'm the owner of a small business and I give Google Docs five out of five stars. So before I had Google Docs and we're talking many, many years ago, it was before everything was in the cloud. We had used Microsoft Word and just the ability to work in the cloud made such a huge difference for us. So we chose Google Docs because, I mean, for starters it was free and that was back in the day when you'd have to pay to use Microsoft Word and so we wanted to give Google Docs a try, again, because it was free. But also it was in the cloud and we didn't have to use space up on our computer to save documents. So getting started with Google Docs was super easy. It was the same as using any other similar Microsoft Word style program. It just jumped in with both feet and it was a piece of cake. So just jump in with both feet for Google Docs. It's super simple to use. Anyone who can use a computer in this day and age can use Google Docs. It's a no-brainer.
