i4a has been partnering with trade associations, professional societies, nonprofits and other member-based organizations of all sizes for 27 years, helping them cut costs and increase revenue.
Growing, midsized and mid-large associations and chambers of commerce with a staff size ranging from 2 to 30, and AMCs use MemberClicks to engage members, grow revenue and save time with automation.
The features are so great for an association and it worked with our Wordpress website so beautifully. Our members are going to be so relieved to have something that works so well.
Aggregating the data was the most painful part of the transition and we are still cleaning up the data, six years later.
All of the features that we are using are excellent and the customer service is amazing. The support wiki is extremely in depth and will guide a user step by step to do anything they need.
Unattractive design for admin users. Learning how to use it is tedious, even to those experienced in CMS.
Easy to use and very cost effective for our organization. When we submit a ticket for support we get immediate help and the staff goes above and beyond to help us.
We have not run into anything that created problems for us.
They have great customer service that is very responsive. Although we moved to other platforms for most our CMS, the email listserve I mentioned remains extremely valuable to our organization.
At the time most Associations had links to printable forms which had to be filled in and mailed with a check. I4a made it possible for us to be on the cutting edge.
MemberClicks' customer service is wonderful. They are so easy to communicate with and have all my questions and issues resolved quickly without an extra fee.
No WordPress plugin to pass membership information to our website. Limits what we can do on our site and it's just plain wrong headed to not have that.
I love how easy it is to use in most areas. The Customer Support is great and I couldn't ask for better.
When creating text on an article, for example, the spacing is weird. When I type the text looks right but when I submit and look from the front end there is weird spacing.
Our experience with our Non-Profit organization has been nothing short of amazing and positive experiences with MemberClicks. The customer service is friendly, engaging and always willing to help.
The possibility of the members of creating more than one account, I know its difficult to solve because you can use more than one email address, but this is annoying.
Overall I have been very happy with them and the many improvements over the past few years have been great.
They use Weebly software to connect up to Atlas, which then controls our website (confusing, I know).
Speaker 1: Hi, I'm Elizabeth. I'm the Executive Director of the Patient Access Collaborative. We are an online learning community in the healthcare field. I give MemberClicks a one out of five stars. We purchased MemberClicks back in 2016 as our association was growing beyond the Excel Spreadsheets and word processing software that we were using. We first chose MemberClicks because it had a lot of great functionality and wonderful support. At the beginning, the onboarding process with MemberClicks was exceptional. The support was also excellent until about 2020, where we began to experience significant delays with support. It started off with the support tickets, which actually got so bad we had to set calendar invites to remind ourselves that we had sent a support ticket seven or 14 days ago in order to get a response. And then in 2022 and 2023, that support began to wane even more significantly to include some of the functionalities that we had relied on. We would have brownouts, and again, didn't have any explanation at all. And then our prices started changing in the past year in order to support the support that was poor. At least that's what we were told. And our pricing went up so significantly, and the terms and conditions also changed as well. Again, all fairly surprisingly, particularly because the support had waned so significantly. My recommendation, if you're interested in MemberClicks, is to really be sure to talk to some small associations to make sure that you have a really good understanding of the features, functionality, and particularly the support. As we all know with a small company, we really rely on our software partners for that support. To me, that was a really key decision making factor in originally choosing MemberClicks. And then as that has really waned, it was a really key factor in us determining that we needed a new software solution.
