MDConnection vs PrognoCIS: Which is a better fit?

I am glad that I changed to MD Connection years ago as it has been a great asset to my business.

It also had long procedures to file electronic claims and was much higher priced. Most importantly it was not web-based and when your server goes down due to storms, you were dead in the water.

This is a great company and we are very pleased with the service. Hope to have them around for many years.

Clearinghouse was not familiar with NYS insurance companies. Find the auto posting and remittance process to be very confusing.

Awesome software!!! We are single doctor chiropractic office that was in need of a new system in a major way. Thank goodness I found out about MDConnection - it was a clinic-saver.

It is really hard to find something to dislike, but if I had to complain about something, it would be that MDConnection does not yet have an EHR module.

I enjoy the ease of use, the speed with which anyone can pick up the essentials of the software, and the speed of reimbursement. I really like the system and the help I've received from the vender.

Our previous system was not very flexible with their appointment scheduling templates, had hard to read reports, long printouts etc.

The nice thing is the customization, so if you know what you didn't like before, you can get this just where you want it. I'm impressed with the speed of the customization of forms, etc.

I find it difficult to navigate the templates. When the product has been changed, we have had problems and were unaware of the reason.

I wholeheartedly recommend the adoption of this EHR that will guarantee you get the appropriate refunds regarding Meaningful Use.

With so many EMR/EHR systems to choose from, and conducting hours of research, I chose the worse of the worse.

They are very knowledgable, extremely polite, courteous, and professional, all at the same time. Anytime I have had concerns, they have been quick to respond and usually resolves the issues at hand.

Secondly, the IT people are not medically oriented. They may know code, but the templates are ridiculous and the syntax of the finished encounter is horrid.

The people at PrognoCIS have been easy to work with and very responsive. Very affordable compared to the other options and integrated telemedicine platform is a big plus.

It is most frustrating dealing with their tech support in India and different time zones. We have left messages and had them returned at odd times.
