MCS Rental Software vs Acumatica Cloud ERP: Which is a better fit?

It's a functionally-rich and reliable application that makes it the perfect platform for our hire business to grow and service our customers effectively.

We know there are cheap, alternative rental software packages on the market, but these tend to be aimed at the smaller business - often falling short in functionality somewhere along the line.

As a business, we have loved these time savings and improved efficiencies as it means we can be more customer-focused and enhance their journey with us.

Any small issues that have arisen have been solved “on the fly. Maybe WE will discover some issues in the future, but we have no worries about them being handled promptly on request.

The implementation process was slick, easy and very professional. It was by far the best experience I have had when implementing a new system.

Although has no effect on the system operation some areas can look a little congested overtime.

They have made the transition from our previous rental solution to MCS seamless. They work with the utmost professionalism and friendliness and are very approachable if we have any queries.

Its a complete scam and have no understanding of the word loyalty.

Ease of use, great dashboards, powerful technology, easy to integrate, and easy access to data.

The worst part of Acumatica is how it handles Email. System email accounts, while not a horrible idea, just don't work well.

It has very good change order management, and can provide great reports on the profitability of projects.

Very difficult to implement and costly the estimate was less than 25% of actual cost.

The system is fantastic, and because it exists in the cloud, it can be accessed from any device at any time. It's easy to use, and you can tweak it to meet your specific requirements.

The worst part of that is how the outgoing emails use the system accounts. Outside contacts end up saving these email addresses instead of the "real" user email.

The customizable dashboard feature is the best thing about Acumatica. You can basically do anything and the basic dashboard is already powerful in itself.
