We have seen tremendous gains in efficiency and they are highly responsive which is greatly appreciated. We have seen volume increase and efficiency increase which is obviously a strong return.

They're that petty cause they know they are slinging terrible and pathetic product.

I've been in the IT support department myself for over 20yrs and got to give the highest of kudos to this companies outstanding services and support.

It would seem to me that many of the features that Storis charges extra for should be integrated into the software itself at no extra charge.

Client services help team is phenomenal and they are always trying to push themselves to do better. I also appreciate that their corporate culture is solid and they work hard to earn your business.

A product of the server being used by multiple retailers and over burdened I guess.

I have worked with the Storis team for almost 24 years now. Nowhere in the technology community have I had the pleasure of working with such a great team.

If you want a Time Machine Reminder of the terrible software of the 90's.

Integration was a very smooth and simple process. Fantastic Customer/IT Support team that are eager to help to ensure you have the best experience in using KB.

The inability to customize reporting and dashboarding2.

Wonderful as on-going training is always available and the Krunchbox team are accessible. Krunchbox provides all of the collated information we require to build success.

Report generation functionality/characteristics that makes data mining unproductive, even frustrating4.

A great system that is well supported but good people on the back end.

Not Applicable as we did not research or entertain any other program.

Love the system, easy to use and drives excellent customer outcomes.

Sometimes it becomes difficult to get the desire formatting without playing with the selections.
