Rezgo vs Adventure Office: Which is a better fit?

It has been a great experience with Rezgo. Very supportive and responsive at a speedy response.

The ones given in my country (Ukraine) are out of date and when requesting those at those partners, I got a negative reply that they don't operate here.

It is super simple to use, easy to learn and understand, easy to add new inventory, easy to set up Gift Cards which can be used for bookings, really simple to navigate and just a great system to use.

Does not have multi day booking capability which is so frustrating.

The integration to our website is also seamless. Our customers love the bookability factor and ease of use.

I asked them to pay the invoice to my programmers to fix the issues, 2 hours, and they said they wouldn't.

The promocode section is great and the overall tool is pretty easy to use. The big plus for me was the fact that they customize you rezgo engine to match your existing profile FREE.

I can't tell you how important it is to be able to call and reach live support immediately if there is a problem or I make a mistake. These guys are here for us when we need them.

Its invaluable knowing you can actually speak with someone knowable 7 days a week. Very impressed with Adventure Office and the great employees they have working for the company.

Accounting is disjointed. Deposits need to be independent of each other.

Not only are the owners great people, the entire team is super helpful and friendly... and most of them have actually worked in this business, so they understand your perspective so much better.

The set up is clunky and not very flexible. The POS reports are rather useless.

I have had a great overall experience with AO. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a booking software with excellent behind the scenes support.

Reports are confusing many times. I have to call to find something.

I love the huge customer data base, managing reservations and selling them through the software. Adventure Office has always had amazing customer service.

I think it's weird that you can't delete a customer out of the data base. Also I haven't found a way to manage inventory from add-ons yet.
