The customer service was second to none (I've never had such an awesome support team that was so responsive). The software also seemed to be pretty good for the property management side.
There are a lot of "options" in drop down menus that are not actually options. One terrible thing is I can't even print a full list of addresses without it being labels.
The different ways to view reports is nice. I love that I can look at numbers in great detail or summarize them for quick reviewing.
Every once in a while we get an error message, but that could be less to do with the software and more the servers/internet connection.
I love the simplicity that Yardi Voyager offers to maneuver from resident profiles and reporting functions. I would definitly recommend Yardi as the top system for any property manager.
Customizing the leasing process and documents was so difficult and time consuming I had to fire Yardi from the job and engage an outside consulting firm.
This has helped our organization out with our Tax Credit Syndicators as some prefer PDF reports and others Excel. Thus making the ability to do this a great asset to the company.
But, in that beginner start up, there are often a lot of errors made and you can't delete duplicate guest cards and such.
We have an outstanding experience with the PayHOA platform. It gives the Board more confidence to navigate our Association independently.
Also, removing incorrect charges or payments is difficult and usually fixed by adding additional payments to simply balance out a user error.
It was super easy to set up for me and for the members of my organization, and the workers at LegFi were there to help me through the whole way. I cannot stress how wonderful the customer service was.
Also, if there was a way to cancel a payment that wasnt intended to go through or went to the wrong charge.

Elijah: My name is Elijah. I'm a senior leasing consultant in the apartment leasing industry, and I give Yardi Voyager a five out of five. Generally, Yardi Voyager has made our jobs a lot easier with the day-to-day communication of our residents, and also being able to take in work orders and so forth. It makes the workflow go by a lot easier and we're able to keep everything in one centralized location. We have an online portal for our residents and they're able to communicate with us back and forth all virtually. I really like Yardi Voyager, because it makes our day-to-day processes a lot easy for signing leases, leasing apartments, work order requests, billing. Any reports that we need, Yardi Voyager makes that a lot easy for us to pull and be able to get the information right away, being that we work remotely from our corporate office and they always need different reports. Generally, what I don't like about Yardi Voyager is the fact that sometimes it does lag as far as the processes sometimes lag. And that's simply because they're always updating it, making it better for us to use. So, sometimes the lag is generally what I don't like about it, and that's like the only thing that I can find.
James: I'm James. I'm the treasurer of a homeowners' association. We use the PayHOA accounting app to keep our financial records and I would overall rate that at about a three. Prior to using PayHOA, one of our homeowners who had been a math professor created a lot of Excel spreadsheets. They worked fine, but they only worked for him. As we started to think about someone else becoming treasurer, we looked outside to find some cloud-based app that could help us and PayHOA stood out. We chose PayHOA because it was inexpensive. It had some wonderful customer support, fantastic people to speak to who could have held our hand in getting on board and stayed in touch with us, or were available for many, many months afterwards. It's done its job very nicely. It's a good app, simple record keeping. We've been happy with it. It was very easy to onboard and integrate our homeowners records with PayHOA made all the easier by the fact that intelligent, very courteous staff people took much of that work on for themselves. Something seems to have happened to PayHOA. I don't know what it would be like to come aboard today. I'm going to assume the coming aboard may be excellent. We've now been clients of theirs for about a year and three quarters, and in the last year, pretty much they have been completely unavailable to service us. Calls are not returned, emails are not responded to, and that courtesy and that exquisite interpersonal manner that they shared with us simply is absent. I hope it comes back. The service is still wonderful and valuable, easy to use, but in having a problem which we've had, we just can't find answers to them whatsoever.
