Yardi Voyager vs Tellus : Which is a better fit?

The customer service was second to none (I've never had such an awesome support team that was so responsive). The software also seemed to be pretty good for the property management side.

There are a lot of "options" in drop down menus that are not actually options. One terrible thing is I can't even print a full list of addresses without it being labels.

The different ways to view reports is nice. I love that I can look at numbers in great detail or summarize them for quick reviewing.

Every once in a while we get an error message, but that could be less to do with the software and more the servers/internet connection.

I love the simplicity that Yardi Voyager offers to maneuver from resident profiles and reporting functions. I would definitly recommend Yardi as the top system for any property manager.

Customizing the leasing process and documents was so difficult and time consuming I had to fire Yardi from the job and engage an outside consulting firm.

This has helped our organization out with our Tax Credit Syndicators as some prefer PDF reports and others Excel. Thus making the ability to do this a great asset to the company.

But, in that beginner start up, there are often a lot of errors made and you can't delete duplicate guest cards and such.

Low the ability to collect rent effectively and the communications tools between the tenants are excellent.

On May 11 I still have no payment and only chat consultation that continues to blame banks.

It has been a great experience. I was reluctant to try an app to collect rent, but Tellus has surprised me and my experience has been amazing.

The interface is a little confusing and sometimes difficult to find what features I’m looking for.

This makes tax time so much easier. I am very pleased to have found Tellus and I appreciate that they are going strong and frequently updating the platform.

It wants me to upload a photo of my state-issued ID & take a selfie while holding said ID. That’s weird & creepy, not to mention an invitation to identity theft if the app ever gets hacked.

Very positive experience so far, will continue to use unless it malfunctions. Their support has been so great, they have taken time to help me resolve all issues very quickly.

M beginning to think their engineering “team” is just some confused person with a rudimentary understanding of app design, because I can’t imagine a simple fix should take so long.
