What I like the most is that it is free. It also has a more friendly interface than other software programs like pyhton or matlab.
Its very slow sometimes loading a code for a plot, it gets stuck and hard to kill that session, I wish it was faster.
The packages are also great and allow you to solve more complex data issues than other programs, and it R is particularly adequate for polished graphs, using the ggplot package.
It was pretty difficult to use as I have never coded before and had errors that held me back for hours. For non-coders, it can be very difficult to use.
Nothing beats free and that is for sure true with R statistics because it offers a great range of functions for free. It is such a beautiful software to do graphs and run regressions.

Error messages are not always clear, and different R-studio versions can run differently, or not at all, with some library packages.
Data is easily accessible from everywhere and backups are generated automatically and efficiently. The ability to access old versions of backups is especially helpful to never lose progress.
Being charged for storage not actually used. My very first backup was a server.
We get a daily report about each backup with detailed analytics and information. We love the cost and value of the product as well as the peace of mind of having immutable backups off-site.
The load of functions can be overwhelming, especially with all of the cryptic abbreviations. Honestly though, this is not a real con, but rather my own problem.
