Campground Master vs RoverPass: Which is a better fit?

Nice interface with our online reservation system. Very good reporting programs for all our rv park needs, handy online and written manual for reference and excellent support service.

It is virtually mistake proof. Since using it we have not had one reservation conflict.

We only scratch the surface of the programs capabilities but find it superb for our needs. Help tips are excellent, POS functions well with Quickbooks, response from help line is always quick.

It's annoying to have to do it this way, not to mention trying to get our various day managers to remember to do it that way.

I can set it up pretty much as I want it. The help text is exceptionally clear and thorough, and support very responsive.

If we put in a single monthly payment we have to remember the change the "paid thru date. When we have multiple accounts, and each one is so different it can get frustrating.

Great product that works well for reservations in lots of industries. Great solid database and really flexible reporting.

I believe the program would suit a smaller campground with less than 2000 items in POS. Disappointed to say the least.

I love working with RoverPass. Their customer service is outstanding and the software itself is very user friendly.

Second, I have had several guests have to cancel and are very upset when the fees are not refunded. All they tend to see is "full refund if cancelled.

I love the fact that I can text/email the reservationists and even talk with them on the one, giving a more personal service. And their 'trouble-shooting' support staff are excellent.

The calendar feature is frustrating if you are doing multiple bookings or blocks for the same dates - after each one, it reverts back to “today. That gets time-consuming on our end.

Great - because of their excellent customer service, RoverPass listens to their customers and makes adjustments to the system as needed.

I am not able to correct my mistakes in reservations, like a price change, once the credit card has been charged with only a deposit. I cannot change the final price without requesting support.

My experience has been excellent. Great product with good support and ease of use.

Platform Fees are the biggest guest complaint.
