Can be a bit buggy when within an activity, which may force it to crash. This is primarily because of user error though and you learn ways to stop this from happening.
The best I like is you can create your company database with all the cost and production rate and it's easy to pull those data to your estimate. Vendor support to is the best.
Some of the character limitations are ridiculous and entering bid prices for comparison is not as intuitive as it could be.
What I like best about this product is the many ways that you can get the same result. I also like that you can customize almost every report to give you what you are looking for.
If you do not have experience using the software, you are lost. Even experienced users such as myself wouldn't mind a friendlier experience.
So far it has been user friendly for most of the basics and the help hotline has been great.
Only 3 are allowed as compared to other competing softwares. Also the reports are limited in what is shown.

With the limited amount of characters available in a note entry, I can only hit the highlights, and then add more detail into the cover email that the report is attached to.
I like the calendar feature - showing any days where an entry wasn't made the best, this is a QC feature that helps ensure we're tracking our jobs daily.

The only thing I have a mild grievance with is the fact that I can't "archive" projects when they are completed.
