Construction software solutions tailored for developers, general contractors, energy and specialty contractors with 5-500 employees and $1-250 million in revenue.
It makes doing takeoffs on projects simple and helps us win more bids on jobs. I love having all of the project information in one spot.
The only complaint I have is that sometimes when viewing PDFs it can be a little sensitive, especially when trying to zoom in on large floor plans. However, this could just be user error.
This software is an easy effective way to bid projects. It's ability to communicate between subcontractors is fantastic.
Complete joke called and voiced or concerns and was basically told to bad you are stuck in a one year contract.
I like the ease of use and their support staff, who are the best. It has made work fun for me.
Can't think of anything that is wrong with this software.
The feature of being able to create spreadsheets is fantastic. My favorite feature is probably tracking.
And difficult and time consuming when selecting specific subs for each of the trades.
Customer service has always been amazing, very responsive through a quick chat in the program and it gets escalated to a consultant quickly if you can't resolve it immediately.
Terrible customer service, no technical support. No practice accounting, payroll is nonfunctional.
The vendor is eager to keep me happy as a customer, and I love that. I am still learning everyday on how to use Sage.
Every GUI for every module forces you to follow the developer's narrow methodology which frankly exposes their inexperience and poor understanding of construction management.
If you are looking for a seamless transitions of your bidding/estimating to project management/collaboration/documentation and to the financials then this a pretty good solutions.
Not cloud based which causes severe pain points.
Outstanding customer service and technical support. Excellent job costing and subcontractor commitment tracking, both of which are most important to me.
The portion that I find that I struggle with the most is the scheduling for work orders and I really have. Not used it much for that reason.

The software is very accurate and very functional. What I like most about the software is its adaptability. I can manipulate it to the different functions that I need and make my takeoffs a whole lot faster and a whole lot more accurate. One of the things I would like to see improved upon is the transferring of information from iSqFt onto an Excel spreadsheet.
