The only complaint I have is that sometimes when viewing PDFs it can be a little sensitive, especially when trying to zoom in on large floor plans. However, this could just be user error.
This software is an easy effective way to bid projects. It's ability to communicate between subcontractors is fantastic.
Complete joke called and voiced or concerns and was basically told to bad you are stuck in a one year contract.
I like the ease of use and their support staff, who are the best. It has made work fun for me.

The feature of being able to create spreadsheets is fantastic. My favorite feature is probably tracking.
And difficult and time consuming when selecting specific subs for each of the trades.
Also, over the years they have made many great improvements which reflects the fact that they are constantly listening to clients and trying to improve which is encouraging.

Larry L: Hi, my name is Larry. I'm a senior estimator for a installation contractor, and I use iSqFt and I give it about a four rating. I use the iSqFt to do my quantity takeoffs and allow ... The software is very accurate and very functional. What I like most about the software is its adaptability. I can manipulate it to the different functions that I need and make my takeoffs a whole lot faster and a whole lot more accurate. One of the things I would like to see improved upon is the transferring of information from iSqFt onto an Excel spreadsheet.
