I love that you can access this software anywhere. It is easy to use and the help portal is great.
The slowness of speed can be frustrating at times along with the delay (waiting for Denticon to respond).

When a problem arises, sometimes you cannot reach someone directly and leaving an email is not always convenient. The response is too delayed and very frustrating.
