The software is very robust and reliable, the functionality is amazing and the quality of the video / images output is excellent for construction purposes.

I felt little difficulty in changing schedules but I think it was because I am new to this software.
It has everything on there and it is very user friendly displays all the info in a simple way and formats for print perfectly.
I was having some trouble with the scheduling of my team, i was using excel tabs to try to complete all the work, the reality is that i was spending so much time in it with very poor results.
My overall experience was great I cannot complain the software did its job and did what I was expecting it to and hoping for.
The drop down view of multiple items on a single day needs work as you can easily miss items that are scheduled in your view.

Moving too fast on the software makes it freeze or slow down. Some of the different features are hard to understand until used more often.
Easy to adjust schedules on the fly. I like being able to attached anything and everything when sending scheduling notifications.
I don't like How I can't fiew a lot of task on the monthly schedule. Especially if I'm on my laptop.
Mike H.: Hi, my name's Mike. I work for a large construction company in Ireland, in the UK. I'm a 4D planning manager and I give Synchro a four out of five. So we've considered Fuser, we've considered Navisworks, and we've considered 3DS Max. 3DS Max and Fuser both have the same problems, that they're not actually linked to a program so they're not actually 4D simulation, they're more just animation softwares. And then, Navisworks doesn't have the capabilities within the 4D space that Synchro does. Synchro is comfortably the best in its field at what it does. It's brilliant at creating 4D models and being able to manage them, being able to re-sync new programs, and it's the best model manager. It can read so many different models and compress them to make them an unusual size. Synchro is pretty easy because the learning path for Synchro is a very simple learning path. If you've got any kind of 3D technical abilities, it's pretty simple so in terms of up-skilling people it was very easy to do. The workflow when it was Synchro was actually a little bit easier than now with Bentley because Bentley has a bit more licensing issues than Synchro used to be, but it's still very easy. We've just got a software manager that sorts out software and then distributes it across the company for us. And yeah, converting all our processes was we didn't really have before we were using Synchro. There wasn't really 4D so we didn't have to really switch to a new process because it was the new process in itself using Synchro. If you ever want to do 4D on a construction site, use Synchro. It is comfortably the best in the market to do it. Yeah, simply just do it.
