Neos vs ProLaw: Which is a better fit?

I love the features it offers and the reports that can generate from it. It is very easy to access and the customer service has been great.

First off there was severe downtime because of database errors and then the overall intake system is lacking in every field all the way from duplicate management to marketing options.

I really like how it seamlessly blends to Outlook, Word, PDF. I like the ease of use and being able to create multiple documents at once.

I cannot imagine running a personal injury practice without Needles.

The customer support is top notch and training support wonderful. They have a client website full of useful info.

Ultimately, found out that I could code an if than statement in Needles should I want to use pronouns. Each bookmark in Neos will eat up a line or two of your template, which makes for errors.

I love the reporting features and dashboards that allows me measure KPIs efficiently. Our transition to Neos was quick and easy with great support from the Neos team.

I was very exited about the change. Unfortunately, I feel it takes a lot of time out of the work day when the system is not working properly.

I have used Prolaw for over 20 years. In the beginning (pre-West), it was the most amazing product on the market with the most amazing customer service, for small to mid-sized firms.

You are limited on how to set up your folders. If you practice more than one area of law, the lack of customization is very restricting.

Easy to use and functionality is superb. The interface is easy to read, making it easy to use.

Overall software is an utter shambles of committee designed modules that integrate poorly, bugs and errors are numerous and fixes take forever.

I like that the addresses and CMS were easily used to mail merge and to do newsletters. The invoicing was also super easy to use and you are able to capture billable time easily.

I used ProLaw when I worked for a real estate firm for foreclosure litigation. It did the job, just not as efficient as other programs.

They share an enthusiasm for the vision and work hard to deliver the best product possible. They always go out of their way to help achieve customer goals.

Training - The online courses have terrible moderators.
