AutoShop vs AutoFluent: Which is a better fit?

The accounting and labor reports are very helpful. It almost seemed too good to be true... and it was.

The programming for this software is terrible and inept. DO NOT even consider buying this until they take concrete steps to fix the buggy and unstable underlying programming.

All features are impactful product and services was nice highly recommended for everyone awesome service.

Now, I get penalized for calling tech support to fix THEIR incompetence.

He was awesome, so patient and so helpful to me. He didn't rush and made the who process so easy for me. I'm sold on the technical support.

I was trying to switch from 1 computer to a new one. I was at a complete loss.

The support staff was amazing on helping me with both and educating me on how the system works and what to do for them. He was truly a great help and actually fun to talk to.

It does not have enough space for repair write up. On the work order, there is no mileage in and out.

Takes advantage of new technology with the ability to email receipts and automatically let customers know when the are due for their next service. Customer service is superb.

Also, once an invoice is finalized there is no way to adjust the pricing or add any charges.

It ease of use, super easy and fast intereface is a win, would highly recommend to any Automotive business, Customer support freiendly and effcient.

We found this company one day while google searching a problem with our previous software and Quickbooks.

Very user friendly and awesome support staff while learning to use system. Used strictly in a tire store environment and it has done a wonderful job for us.

Packages don't work well, unable to inventory them.

She has a great understanding as to how to get the program to set-up to your individual needs and how to make it save you time. Monique is Awesome to work with.
