And the tools that it provides are fantastic. I love the ability to mass-text as well as mass-email, all with personalized communications to the client or partner.
The custom templates the initial set up of these is a little annoying. There are definitely some items that are odd about the reports.
I like this system... and am happy that we chose it. It has a lot to offer (some of which, I'm still learning) and I can tell there is potential for growth within the system.
When it lags and I have to refresh to make the interface work.
This software is great and makes mortgage processing much easier on a day to day basis. Great for keeping track of multiple files and helps you stay organized.
Also the formatting is clunky and slightly dated. Our team has used different CRMs and this one is the most difficult to navigate through as there is so much going on.
It is a huge competitor with Salesforce. It is user friendly, and great for setting tasks and reminders.
One of the only gripes I have with BNTouch is the lack of being able to customize the look and feel of the CRM itself.

And I love that their help desk is so very helpful. They always answer and know what they're talking about.
For my business, I have not run into anything that is bad about the software since it can be customized.
I love the Lead distribution and disposition. It makes it easy to do business and be super efficient.
Make sure to understand the price for purchased leads, the amount of different company's allowed to purchase the same leads, and the inability to return certain bad leads.
It's pretty easy to use, I guess my advice is just to make sure you have a good training session to learn the system; then from there, it's great.
