Encompass vs LoanBoss: Which is a better fit?

It's clearly shown what is what. I loved using this software while in my internship, I really learned a great deal.

We have had issues in the past of some documents not uploading correctly (being corrupted), and it was a pain the track these documents down.

I love how easy it is to use and customize to your needs. It is also nice te be able to truat the functions it already performs and why iy perfoms them that way.

Very Slow - the system lags to load and login, it lags to get inside a new file and is slow overall.

Encompass is an easy to use software. I mostly use it to pull saved documents during HDMA reviews, but I am definitely a fan at how easy it makes the process.

Locks you into their vendors or you get charged excessively. In addition, it takes hiring one to two certified programmers to keep the programming running while paying excessively.

What I like most about this software it has the ability to do anything you set up for it to do but with a high price and very educated admin needed.

Saddening to think we can so so many things in Home Loan Origination that make it easy on the consumer yet lack so severely in the development of a user-friendly LOS system.

I like the product and I like the people. They are super accessible and responsive.

Any features that may be missing, the team will work with you to integrate.

Two different times I couldn't find something that I knew that I had uploaded. I emailed and got a reminder response quickly and without making me feel stupid.

The site is easy to navigate and it's great having the ability to pull up loan docs directly from LoanBoss to dive into more details if needed.

Hard to think of any negatives - each piece of feedback that we've provided to LoanBoss has been taken into consideration and implemented within the software shortly thereafter.
