Manage accounting, inventory, payroll and scheduling on one platform with robust reporting. Integrate directly with POS systems, banking, and vendors. Ideal for multi-location restaurant groups.
It is well organized and it does a great job tracking and reporting expenses. Their customer support has been competent and responsive when I have needed their help.
Dislike that when there is a problem, no one at Concur seems to know how to help or how to fix a problem. I am the administrator on the account and when I call I am told that "I don't have access.
Concur is a solid choice for expense reporting and approval. Only once did I have an issue with my account, and the customer support was highly responsive and resolved my issue quickly.
I've encountered numerous problems when using this software, but I am not sure if it is a Concur problem or if it is based on filters my company might have imposed.
Ease of use after a while of getting used to it. Once a user becomes proficient, it is a great tool, with excellent functionality.
Can be difficult to fix some errors in a process, other than starting that process over completely.
I like the ease of the program. I use the personal mileage weekly, and it is very nice to have the Concur map integrated into the system.
We were told that our cards would sync up, but they didn't and the customer service was bad. We really didn't even get to use the software as we never got through the whole onboarding phase.
Great customer support with excellent reporting tools that save time and help identify opportunities to improve the business.
The ineptitude of the current development team is appalling. If I was an owner in R365, I would be embarrassed by what has taken place with this company.
I'm a big fan of the system and would recommend it. I hope the company continues to put resources into support as they get more customers and more users and more features.
We have never been able to use other features as they are difficult to figure out and we are still having problems with clearing bank items. Everything costs money to fix.
Tech forward, upload features are good, very easy to set up new legal entities and locations. Reporting is good and getting better.
We have experienced issues with the entire site being down during our accounting close week, which is very frustrating considering all of our financial reporting and data is housed in this system.
Overall, we have had a positive experience. The onboarding process was great and the support has been good as well.
Recently we had a switch in POS system and we were supposed to have an integration complete by Compeat with Harbortouch. There has been a serious lack of communication from Compeat.
Andrew: Hi, my name is Andrew. I'm an SEO manager. I would give Concur a four out of five. For more reviews like this, click below. Prior to using Concur, we were basically using Excel spreadsheets and just whatever means that every individual group deemed the best way to record expenses, which obviously was very inconsistent and created a lot of problems with accounting. The reasons we chose to go with Concur were pricing. It was not the cheapest, but it also wasn't the most expensive option out there. In addition, the features were excellent and it's well-known as a market leader in the industry. Getting started with Concur was incredibly easy. It operates in the cloud, for the most part. And so, once we had the account open and we were registered, basically all of the employees in the company registered for their own accounts and we were off and running. For any organization looking at Concur, I'd recommend they look at their internal accounting and whether it would integrate with Concur. Also, look at some of the other options out there, because Concur definitely is a great platform, but there are many others as well that may fit certain organizations better than others.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
