It is well organized and it does a great job tracking and reporting expenses. Their customer support has been competent and responsive when I have needed their help.
Dislike that when there is a problem, no one at Concur seems to know how to help or how to fix a problem. I am the administrator on the account and when I call I am told that "I don't have access.
Concur is a solid choice for expense reporting and approval. Only once did I have an issue with my account, and the customer support was highly responsive and resolved my issue quickly.
I've encountered numerous problems when using this software, but I am not sure if it is a Concur problem or if it is based on filters my company might have imposed.
Ease of use after a while of getting used to it. Once a user becomes proficient, it is a great tool, with excellent functionality.

I like the ease of the program. I use the personal mileage weekly, and it is very nice to have the Concur map integrated into the system.
We were told that our cards would sync up, but they didn't and the customer service was bad. We really didn't even get to use the software as we never got through the whole onboarding phase.

That was in August 2022, and until now December 2022, no communication from N2F, and unfortunately, our Germany sister company has always no access to N2F service.

We don't agree, as the consent price (signed by contract) was 700. As we refuse to pay more, N2F stops the setting uncompleted, and stops all communication with us.
My favorite aspect is the capability to scan receipts.
While remote setting, the consultant finshed half-way of the setting, and stops for asking more extra setting fee.
And that is the starting of the nightmare. We've contacted 2 N2F salesmen , both suggested us to opt to "Advanced" level for multi-companies.
Problem comes when we opt to "Advanced" service.

Prior to using Concur, we were basically using Excel spreadsheets and just whatever means that every individual group deemed the best way to record expenses, which obviously was very inconsistent and created a lot of problems with accounting. The reasons we chose to go with Concur were pricing. It was not the cheapest, but it also wasn't the most expensive option out there. In addition, the features were excellent and it's well-known as a market leader in the industry. Getting started with Concur was incredibly easy. It operates in the cloud, for the most part. And so, once we had the account open and we were registered, basically all of the employees in the company registered for their own accounts and we were off and running. For any organization looking at Concur, I'd recommend they look at their internal accounting and whether it would integrate with Concur. Also, look at some of the other options out there, because Concur definitely is a great platform, but there are many others as well that may fit certain organizations better than others.
