I love the ease of use and how easy it is to navigate and pull the information that I need. The help desk and portal are extremely helpful and designed for the end user in mind.

Multiview is very user friendly, it is easy to learn and helps up manipulate data from our EHR vendor when we can't get good reporting out of that system.
It is hard to data mine the information out of the system. Can't just do a download, have to upload to temporary file to be able to download it.
It is also helpful that the MM side links nicely with the AP side and the workflow is pretty automated and seamless. The most helpful feature for me is the reports side.
One more issue I find with multiview is how old information (For example, past year's disposal) disappears from the report once you flip the year to a different year.
It is well organized and it does a great job tracking and reporting expenses. Their customer support has been competent and responsive when I have needed their help.
Dislike that when there is a problem, no one at Concur seems to know how to help or how to fix a problem. I am the administrator on the account and when I call I am told that "I don't have access.
Concur is a solid choice for expense reporting and approval. Only once did I have an issue with my account, and the customer support was highly responsive and resolved my issue quickly.
I've encountered numerous problems when using this software, but I am not sure if it is a Concur problem or if it is based on filters my company might have imposed.
Ease of use after a while of getting used to it. Once a user becomes proficient, it is a great tool, with excellent functionality.

Prior to using Concur, we were basically using Excel spreadsheets and just whatever means that every individual group deemed the best way to record expenses, which obviously was very inconsistent and created a lot of problems with accounting. The reasons we chose to go with Concur were pricing. It was not the cheapest, but it also wasn't the most expensive option out there. In addition, the features were excellent and it's well-known as a market leader in the industry. Getting started with Concur was incredibly easy. It operates in the cloud, for the most part. And so, once we had the account open and we were registered, basically all of the employees in the company registered for their own accounts and we were off and running. For any organization looking at Concur, I'd recommend they look at their internal accounting and whether it would integrate with Concur. Also, look at some of the other options out there, because Concur definitely is a great platform, but there are many others as well that may fit certain organizations better than others.
