Enumerate, formerly known as TOPS, is a best-in-class provider of property management software and payments solutions for community associations, HOAs and condo associations.
It gives a very professional look, and is very easy to customize to our needs. The end result is a very polished and we are happy to have representing our brand.
The only real headache I’ve found is that it is difficult to control placement of graphic elements, and the options for text appearance are sparse.
It is nice to reach everyone who is registered on the site, setting up any website is easy as it is a website "in a box", and the staff helps you through any issue/question.
Some windows are hard to manipulate. We have found work arounds.
HOA Sites staff walks you through the implementation. It's easy to use, configure, and administer and the customer service is outstanding.
It seems hard to get change recommendations addressed.
Love the software and would love to expand our use to make more personalized.
Some instructions in setting up the site were confusing, but in almost every event, I discovered it was ME not seeing the different tabs, etc.
TOPS has made some changes to their support service and it is a great change so far. I would highly recommend TOPS as their property management software.
Customer service is HORRIBLE. Days to a week will pass before somebody will finally return our calls about problems with the software.
Super easy to navigate, makes doing bank reconciliations super easy as well as paying out vendors that are owed. Even setting up users is super simple and fast.
I immediately let them know that due to their incompetence and lack of knowledge about their own product, I wanted to terminate.

Sadly we changed management companies and they have their own software I went to cancel after paying set up fees ( around $2,000) to find out I am bound to a 3 year contract no exceptions.
TOPS1 provides the best balance of accounting and member service options for our HOA. TOPS1 includes premium support, so that takes care of our issue with support.
The desktop version is written in an antiquated software language which limited many of the data fields. The on-line version is severely limited on features.
