Our residents love the app feature and just improved communication overall. As a CAM I love the ability to track the notices and gauge the effectiveness of our communications.
The app continues to be very weak, doesn't show resident contact info. I have commented on this multiple times and am disappointed that no action has been taken.
Overall I love Neigbrs their support team is the best. If we have issues they are easy to access and help us fix any issues we may encounter.
The only con I would say is that the system does not work 100% perfectly on the Apple mobile devices. Those are the only complaints we have gotten From our membership.
Our overall experience has been extremely positive. Their customer service is outstanding and responsiveness to requests prompt.
This becomes a problem if the association doesn't have email addresses for each owner then it becomes a manual effort to update this information or we need to wait for owners to register.
We have loved using the Neigbrs app and online portal for our communities. Their support has been responsive and comprehensive and we look forward to working with them for all future communities.
We will not be able to pre-load the system with the names, addresses, etc. of the owners and let them enter their email and info we may be missing.
TOPS has made some changes to their support service and it is a great change so far. I would highly recommend TOPS as their property management software.
Customer service is HORRIBLE. Days to a week will pass before somebody will finally return our calls about problems with the software.
TOPS would be the perfect solution for our company. I worked with their sales department and expressed my problems and needs and they were able to define for me how TOPS could help.
I immediately let them know that due to their incompetence and lack of knowledge about their own product, I wanted to terminate.
Super easy to navigate, makes doing bank reconciliations super easy as well as paying out vendors that are owed. Even setting up users is super simple and fast.
Sadly we changed management companies and they have their own software I went to cancel after paying set up fees ( around $2,000) to find out I am bound to a 3 year contract no exceptions.
TOPS1 provides the best balance of accounting and member service options for our HOA. TOPS1 includes premium support, so that takes care of our issue with support.
The desktop version is written in an antiquated software language which limited many of the data fields. The on-line version is severely limited on features.
